Managing emotions through emotional intelligence.

Work ethics in society can be categorized into two groups: the legal component, which refers to the conditions and rules that specify an individual’s rights and responsibilities; and the ethical component, which means a healthy work environment that promotes individuals’ well-being and productivity.

Kindness is a way of life that expresses self-sophistication and gaining people’s affection. Its beauty is in the privacy of a person and the privacy of work provided that it does not conflict with scientific methods.

Gratitude, the most sincere feelings in expressing appreciation and the exchange of these feelings increases love among people.

Respect is a diverse positive human feeling. While respect has reasons, However, is the result of relationships based on affection and reciprocity.

Generosity is the act of giving, the outcome of which is feeling happy and satisfied. Spendthrift, on the other hand, is the act of giving reciprocated by a fake feeling of happiness and satisfaction.

Mercy is one of the human traits. It is a sign of a strong-willed self. It becomes stronger through emotions but weakens because of desires.

Admonition, imitation of others with sincere feelings, because affection increases when the self-reveals what it contains.

Although loneliness overwhelms the heart, it’s two types, either sensory, in the sense of the difficulty of expressing self-feelings in words, or real, in the sense of coping with isolation.
